Senior People and Culture Officer (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a senior People and Culture Officer to drive strategic HR initiatives and shape our company culture across the Riyadh and Jordan offices. The role focuses on employer branding, employee wellbeing, talent development and cross‑office cultural alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with company culture and business goals.
• Lead employer branding efforts to attract top IT talent in the region.
• Create and improve policies related to employee wellbeing and retention.
• Serve as a culture ambassador, shaping and reinforcing company values.
• Design and evaluate employee recognition and reward programs.
• Advise management on organizational development and culture‑related challenges.
• Oversee talent development frameworks, including mentorship, succession planning, and leadership programs.
• Lead cross‑office cultural alignment between the Riyadh and Jordan branches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership in culture‑related roles.
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
• Strategic thinking with hands‑on ability to implement programs and policies.
• Proven success in leading culture transformation or engagement strategies.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across functions and regions.
• Experience in the IT or tech industry and exposure to multicultural teams (preferred).
• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi (advantage).
