Senior People and Culture Officer – Saudi National

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level People and Culture Officer to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with our company culture and business objectives across the Riyadh and Jordan offices. The role will act as a cultural ambassador, shaping values, enhancing employee wellbeing, and supporting talent development in a fast‑growing IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic HR programs that reinforce company culture and support business goals.
• Lead employer branding efforts to attract top IT talent in the region.
• Develop and refine policies focused on employee wellbeing, retention, and recognition.
• Advise senior management on organizational development and culture‑related challenges.
• Oversee talent development frameworks, including mentorship, succession planning, and leadership programs.
• Coordinate cultural alignment between Riyadh and Jordan branches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven leadership in culture‑related roles.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian and Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on ability to execute programs and policies.
• Demonstrated success in culture transformation or employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across functions and regions.
• Experience in the IT or technology sector and exposure to multicultural teams is preferred.
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) is an advantage.
