Senior Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects for our Riyadh office. The role involves full‑cycle site execution, program delivery and direct employer interface from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for construction project execution, coordinating site management, program delivery and employer interface.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget and timeline, using advanced project management tools.
• Conduct regular site meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review status, address challenges and ensure milestones are met.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle with proactive strategies.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and align project outcomes with strategic goals.
