Senior Project Manager (Sitewide Infrastructure)

About the role

As a senior member of the team, you will support direct reports, foster teamwork across the region and AtkinsRéalis, provide technical inputs to project teams and ensure client objectives are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of the project in terms of progress, quality and cost.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by the developer to confirm compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor project deliverables against agreed standards and stakeholder requirements at each stage.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, adjusting engagement strategies as needed.
• Develop policies, procedures and documentation for planning, scheduling, cost control and change management.
• Identify and resolve issues that impact the project, establishing milestones and a robust change‑control system.
• Produce detailed specifications based on design guidelines provided to the developer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
• Professional project‑management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• 20+ years of post‑qualification experience delivering mega‑infrastructure projects in KSA.
• Proven track record of infrastructure project delivery with both PMC firms and large contractors.
• Extensive experience supervising complex construction projects of similar size and nature.
