Senior Risk Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Risk Management Specialist will support the organization’s Technology Risk Management Framework by analysing IT risks, guiding incident response, and strengthening security awareness across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and assess risks to the Information Technology environment.
• Develop continuous security assessment processes aligned with the Technology Risk Management Framework.
• Participate in cybersecurity incident response activities.
• Monitor emerging security threats and coordinate mitigation measures with Operational Risk Management.
• Review and enhance disaster response and business continuity plans.
• Ensure cybersecurity resilience requirements are embedded in the Business Continuity Plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of information security controls and provide recommendations.
• Protect information and technology assets from cyber risks associated with external parties.
• Assess and improve security awareness among system users.
• Design and implement security awareness programs in collaboration with HR and Corporate Communications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field.
