Senior Sales Manager – InterContinental Jeddah

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager for InterContinental Jeddah, you will lead the hotel’s sales function, develop and execute strategies that drive revenue, and build lasting relationships with key market segments. You will work closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tactical sales plans to increase average daily rate, occupancy, and off‑peak business.
• Generate room night sales through direct client contact, telephone outreach, and written proposals.
• Maintain high visibility in major market areas, attend trade shows, conventions and community events.
• Produce monthly sales reports, forecasts and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
• Collaborate daily with department heads to anticipate and resolve critical business situations.
• Serve as manager on duty when required and perform additional duties as assigned.
