Senior ServiceNow Scrum Master Consultant

About the role

The Senior ServiceNow Scrum Master Consultant will lead the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices across IT and digital transformation initiatives at Alfanar. This role ensures high‑performing teams, continuous improvement, and increased Agile maturity throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects, introducing frameworks, tools, and standards to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, monitor sprint progress, manage backlogs, and address risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, promoting self‑organization and continuous improvement.
• Track Agile metrics such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Support the effective use of Agile tools like Jira and Azure DevOps, standardizing workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across workstreams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences, Systems, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master roles, or related IT consulting.
• Proven ability to drive Agile transformation, mentor teams, and manage complex delivery environments.
