Senior Site Manager – Data Center

About the role

The Senior Site Manager leads the construction and commissioning of data‑center sites, ensuring that all activities meet safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements while coordinating with site supervisors and the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, monitor and adjust site schedules in collaboration with the Site Works Coordinator, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions.
• Validate project budgets, organise site activities to meet cost targets, and report variances monthly.
• Prepare sites for mobilisation, define assembly and installation methods, and oversee equipment receipt, inspection and storage.
• Manage site execution according to technical specifications, contracts, quality, HSE and company procedures, including supervision of subcontractors.
• Maintain site quality plans, control non‑conformances, and ensure testing, calibration and commissioning of equipment.
• Produce regular project reports, coordinate close‑out documentation and lead end‑of‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site or Commissioning Supervisor in medium‑/low‑voltage projects.
• Baccalaureate plus at least two years of electrical‑engineering studies.
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate technical information clearly and manage budgets and schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD and testing software such as Omicron.
• Advanced knowledge of medium‑voltage and low‑voltage equipment, protection relays (SEPAM, Micom, Easergy) and Schneider products (Premset, MCSET, PIX, APC Symmetra, LV panels Blokset, Okken, Prisma).
