Senior Strategy Consultant – 12‑18 Month Contract

About the role

The Senior Strategy Consultant will lead the update, refinement and execution of the organization’s strategy, focusing on the Riyadh Life strategy. This 12‑18 month contract role is with a leading Big 4 consulting firm and involves translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review, update and enhancement of the Riyadh Life strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, initiatives and measurable KPIs.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure cross‑departmental alignment.
• Manage end‑to‑end strategic projects, establishing governance, timelines and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a key interface between senior leadership and business units, facilitating workshops and executive discussions.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Develop business cases, financial models and strategic recommendations.
• Continuously improve strategy execution, governance and performance management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 + years of experience, preferably in strategy consulting or large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong project management experience within consulting environments.
• Proven track record in strategy development and execution.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
