Senior Structural Design Manager

About the role

The Senior Structural Design Manager will lead the structural design development and delivery for large‑scale hospitality and mixed‑use projects across Saudi Arabia. This position oversees the entire structural engineering lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, constructability and compliance with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the structural design vision from concept through construction.
• Review and approve calculations, reports, specifications, drawings and technical submissions.
• Manage structural consultants, specialist contractors and technical advisors.
• Establish and monitor design schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Identify, assess and mitigate design risks throughout the project.
• Lead value‑engineering initiatives while maintaining safety and performance.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, façade, geotechnical, infrastructure and landscape teams.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards and hospitality requirements.
• Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 240 months (20 years) of experience in structural engineering.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international engineering standards.
• Experience managing consultants, specialist contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in BIM coordination and design integration.
