Senior Structural Engineer – DAR – AC

About the role

DAR Engineering is a leading design and engineering consulting firm in Saudi Arabia, active in power generation, electrical transmission & distribution, health care and high‑rise buildings. The Senior Structural Engineer will join the structural team to lead design activities and ensure delivery of high‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Train and lead sub‑ordinates, forming effective teams to accomplish tasks.
• Delegate assignments, ensuring fair distribution of work to maintain morale.
• Plan and execute activities to meet operational and development targets within schedule and budget.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives while controlling costs and time.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve problems, escalating complex operational issues as needed.
• Develop and enforce quality control processes and specifications.
• Coordinate written systems, policies and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
