Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

About the role

GE Vernova is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager in Dammam to own end-to-end project management for its Supply Chain development projects. The role provides operational oversight of key transformation initiatives such as expansion, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures, and leads large-scale, cross-functional projects aligned with business and stakeholder needs. It is a cross-functional leadership position focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business cases for business initiatives, accounting for sector challenges and changes.
• Control significant, large-scale and inter-business projects, with financial accountability for project budgets and cross-functional interaction with senior leadership.
• Create and enforce enterprise project tollgate standards and methodologies (checklists, read-across, post-mortems, make vs. buy workbooks, go/no-go criteria).
• Set goals and program direction to achieve SQDC, sustainability and reliability results.
• Lead and direct commercial, product line, project, engineering and other interfacing functions, ensuring the right people are involved.
• Communicate and influence partnerships, and champion the GE Vernova Way and the Sustainability Framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 3 years in Supply Chain, Lean or Sourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to global stakeholders at senior level.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Desired: Master's degree (MBA) in supply chain management or business administration.
