Senior UX Designer

About the role

The Senior UX Designer will shape end‑to‑end user experiences for complex digital platforms, balancing user needs, business goals and regulatory requirements. This role is an individual contributor position that influences cross‑functional teams and drives design maturity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver UX design from discovery through implementation and validation for complex products and services.
• Translate research, usability insights, analytics and stakeholder input into clear experience requirements and design decisions.
• Create and maintain user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, interaction models and high‑fidelity designs.
• Apply and evolve design systems, UX standards and accessibility guidelines to ensure consistency and reuse.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance and business teams to align design outcomes with delivery realities.
• Participate in planning, refinement and technical discussions to ensure design feasibility.
• Lead design‑to‑development handoff with specifications, annotations and supporting documentation.
• Review implemented solutions for quality, usability, accessibility and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to evolving UX patterns, best practices and overall design maturity.
• Provide informal mentorship and guidance to other designers.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of professional UX design experience.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with evidence‑based decision making.
• Experience working in regulated environments and delivering accessible solutions.
