ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Lead-to-Contract & C2C

About the role

Systems Arabia is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions that support Lead‑to‑Contract (L2C) and Contract‑to‑Cash (C2C) business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
• Build Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
• Design and support integrations with ERP, e‑signature, and external enterprise systems using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Create Service Portal components, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Manage data migration activities with Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Support release management, update sets, deployments, and platform upgrades.
• Perform troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, and produce technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client IT teams throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required; CIS certification preferred.
• Experience on enterprise or GCC/KSA projects is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• JavaScript and Glide API.
• REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Integration with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Service Portal development and MID Server configuration.

• JSON, XML, OAuth, relational databases.
