Site Coordinator

About the role

Ecolab Downstream is looking for a Site Coordinator to support daily operational activities at a customer refinery site. The role ensures smooth bulk and commodity deliveries, manages site access, and helps maintain inventory levels while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer bulk and commodity deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange drop‑shipment deliveries to the site.
• Prepare and follow up on gate passes and related administrative tasks.
• Escort bulk trucks within the refinery, complying with flagman and work‑permit requirements.
• Work with the customer warehouse to monitor demand, minimum stock levels, and provide weekly updates.
• Maintain consistent inventory levels and help prevent stockouts.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of logistics experience in the oil and gas industry, especially in refinery or petrochemical environments in Saudi Arabia.
