About the role

The Tamheer Program is a six‑month on‑the‑job training initiative offered by Mobily in Riyadh. It is designed for recent Saudi university graduates to gain practical experience across various business functions while being supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). The program provides a blend of practical assignments and professional development activities, enabling participants to apply academic knowledge in real‑world settings.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured on‑the‑job training activities aligned with your field of study.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and evaluation sessions organized as part of the program.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operational needs.
• Maintain regular progress reports and seek feedback to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related fields.
• Not employed during the last six months and not currently employed.
• No prior participation in the Tamheer program.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a corporate environment.
