About the role

The Social Media Management Supervisor will lead the hospital’s social media presence across multiple platforms, shaping content strategy and optimizing campaigns to strengthen the brand and engage audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) for the hospital.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve content strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Optimize social media campaigns and monitor engagement metrics.
• Craft communication strategies and produce compelling content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to plan and execute effective content strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media success.
• Leadership skills to coordinate and guide a team.
• Attention to detail and creativity in content development.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
