Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to lead our brand’s presence across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will shape content, engage communities, and support marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.
• Create engaging posts, captions, visuals, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and ensure alignment with OEM standards.
• Respond to comments and messages, build community relationships, and escalate sensitive issues.
• Support marketing campaigns and coordinate with Digital, Content, and Performance teams.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and agencies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Aftersales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or FMCG is a plus.
• Bilingual Arabic & English preferred.
• Certifications in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Strategy are a plus.
