About the role
Adree is seeking a Software Account Manager (Specialist) to drive product deployment and business development by translating market insights into compelling digital solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to understand their challenges and showcase how Adree’s software services meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Engage clients and stakeholders to gather operational requirements and define digital transformation goals.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and business proposals that highlight software features and service capabilities.
- Compile detailed reports on customer needs, product friction points, competitive activities, and potential product variations for product and engineering teams.
- Provide commercial insights throughout the client lifecycle, define pricing schedules, manage discount structures, and secure leadership approvals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to align expectations, resolve client cases, and ensure successful delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, product roadmaps, and IT sector shifts to position solutions effectively.
- Conduct discovery calls, cold outreach, networking events, and social‑selling workshops to profile prospects and uncover new opportunities.
- Participate in Agile sales alignment sessions and account reviews, maintaining accurate pipeline metrics in the CRM to meet KPI targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, IT solutions sales, or technology account management with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead a territory, profile accounts, and manage end‑to‑end B2B sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline tracking and project metric analysis.
