Software Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our engineering initiatives in Riyadh. The role will oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable enterprise applications that support Reef Holding’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Manage and mentor development teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
• Design software architecture and integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, POS, and e‑commerce platforms.
• Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, version control, release management, and technical documentation.
• Monitor application performance, address incidents, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection, and code quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and digital strategy.
