Spigot Chamfering Operator – Manufacturing (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The company is seeking ten experienced Spigot Chamfering Operators for a long‑term manufacturing project in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on producing ductile iron pipes and fittings, ensuring high‑quality chamfered spigots for the pipe manufacturing department.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC chamfering machines according to blueprints.
• Interpret technical drawings and perform precision measuring of components.
• Maintain spindles, tools and hydraulic systems to ensure continuous production.
• Conduct quality inspections and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate material handling.
• Document workflow, machine settings and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma, I.T.I. or 10th standard qualification (any specialization).
• 5‑8 years of experience in pipe manufacturing or related metalworking environments.
• Proven experience with CNC machining and spigot chamfering processes.
