Stakeholder Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Stakeholder Manager to join our respected accounting firm in Riyadh. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators and other key stakeholders, ensuring our reputation and communication align with corporate values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies that support organisational goals.
• Conduct regular assessments of stakeholder needs, identify gaps and propose improvement actions.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations using data‑visualisation techniques for senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that could affect stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance and operations teams to ensure a unified stakeholder approach.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, building trust and addressing inquiries promptly.
