Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an excellent shopping experience, and driving financial performance in a fashion retail environment. This role combines leadership, organization, and deep market knowledge to meet sales targets and maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and financial goals while keeping shrinkage below 0.2% of sales.
• Conduct regular financial, stock, and visual merchandising audits and update the store dashboard.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, back‑store operations, and merchandise replenishment.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team; conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Implement company policies, security measures, and compliance standards.
• Maintain employee records, including leave, performance, and roster management.
• Communicate store performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and coordinate with mall management and back‑office teams.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, aiming to exceed expectations and improve NPS and DSES scores.
• Identify learning gaps, deliver training sessions, and create a pipeline for future store managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail role.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and team‑development abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
