Store Supervisor – Guess – Al Othaim Mall (Hail)

About the role

As a Store Supervisor for Guess at Al Othaim Mall, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will help lead a team of sales associates, ensure visual standards are met, and manage inventory according to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, performance monitoring and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain shop presentation, brand merchandising and visual standards.
• Manage stock levels, receive deliveries and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Represent the Guess brand by communicating its values and philosophy to customers and team members.
• Follow all retail policies, processes and standard operating procedures consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month retail experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
