Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant to help design and evaluate realistic consulting scenarios that will be used to train advanced AI systems. The position is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect authentic client dynamics, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Break each scenario into discrete consulting tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis and benchmarking.
• Create grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions for every task to enable automated assessment of AI‑generated outputs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate the consulting tasks into reinforcement‑learning environments and ensure high‑quality data generation.

Required profile

• 3 + years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain or data‑limited situations.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Expertise in designing consulting work‑plans, financial modelling and market analysis.
• Excellent written communication for creating clear task descriptions and evaluation criteria.
