System Administrator

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a proactive System Administrator to be the backbone of its IT operations. You will keep systems running smoothly, support users, and ensure a secure, high‑performing infrastructure across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and efficiently.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account creation, access rights, and device provisioning.
• Handle ticketing, track issues, and meet service‑level agreements.
• Support Windows environments, Active Directory, group policies, and routine patching.
• Monitor system performance, flag risks, and assist with backups and data restoration.
• Diagnose LAN/WAN and connectivity problems, enforce IT security policies, and manage endpoint protection.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support CCTV/surveillance systems.
• Coordinate hardware installations, deployments, and vendor maintenance contracts.
• Travel to regional sites to support kiosks, POS terminals, and handheld devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk, or similar technical roles.
• Proven ability to assist users in a corporate environment and meet SLA targets.
