Systems Administrator – Active Directory & Windows Server

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to design, implement, and maintain our Active Directory structure, manage Windows Server environments, and ensure robust backup and disaster recovery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s Active Directory structure, manage user accounts, security groups, and enforce Group Policies.
• Administer Windows Server operating systems, configure and manage domain controllers, monitor performance, and apply security patches.
• Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies, regularly test plans, and resolve related issues.
• Utilize monitoring tools to assess system performance, analyze data, and recommend hardware or software upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator focusing on Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA or MCSE are a plus.
• Saudi nationality or transferable Iqama.
