Tableau Developer – Business Intelligence (Riyadh)

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to join its Business Intelligence team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision‑making for banking and financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of Tableau dashboards, visualisations and reports.
• Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform and load data from multiple sources.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction from Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Cloudera and other platforms.
• Apply data‑modelling techniques, including star schema and dimensional modelling, to support large‑scale data‑warehouse environments.
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimisation of Tableau Server and data pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Tableau development.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business requirements into visual solutions.
• Experience in banking, financial services or related regulatory reporting domains is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments and deliver high‑quality artefacts.
