Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will leverage your professional network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting professionals, helping them improve hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather and relay user feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and onboarding, including your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter comfortable working on a flexible schedule.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR tools.
