Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a large, established organization in Riyadh. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, supporting multiple functions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement briefing, sourcing, interviewing, offer, to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
• Provide market insights, hiring updates and talent intelligence to stakeholders.
• Align recruitment activities with company policies and Saudi labour regulations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a large organization (200+ employees).
• Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; expatriates working in Saudi Arabia are welcome.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment and direct sourcing expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with hiring managers.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
