Talent Acquisition Partner – Retail (Saudi National)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Al‑Futtaim Retail business units in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, ensure a positive candidate experience and meet defined SLAs and hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned retail units, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning, hiring forecasts and market insights.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and relationship building with external talent.
• Utilise ATS, social media, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and assess candidates.
• Conduct assessment centres, open days and other selection events, and analyse assessment data to ensure merit‑based hiring.
• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, SLAs and quality‑of‑hire metrics, recommending process improvements.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably within retail or similar fast‑moving environments.
• Strong understanding of Saudi labour market and ability to work with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high candidate satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
