Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role works closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to design and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates using behavioral and competency‑based techniques.
• Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate assessments, and ensure a fair selection process.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms to expand candidate reach.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers, prepare employment contracts, and support onboarding for new hires.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, quality‑of‑hire) and use data to improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for diverse roles.
• Professional certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment are preferred.
