Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. The role will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract qualified talent while complying with Saudi labour regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to offer acceptance.
• Publish job vacancies on platforms such as LinkedIn and Taqat.
• Source candidates through CV databases, professional networks, agencies and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs, assess candidates against job requirements and selection criteria.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and document assessment results.
• Prepare and issue employment offers and follow up through acceptance.
• Maintain candidate database and talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern recruitment methods and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
