About the role

Learning Oasis International & National Schools (LOINS) is seeking a full‑time Teacher to join its dynamic campus in Riyadh. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum while fostering an inclusive, student‑centered learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, measurable lessons across assigned subjects.
• Prepare teaching materials, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership on academic and extracurricular initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education, pedagogy, and curriculum standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Demonstrated teaching experience, preferably in international or national school settings.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to create an inclusive, student‑centered classroom supporting social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Effective classroom management, organizational abilities, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
