Team Leader, Showroom Sales

About the role

EXA Ceramics is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive showroom sales, ensure product availability, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of sales professionals, coordinate with internal departments, and implement strategies that boost sales volume and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customers and guide the team in delivering an effective showroom sales strategy.
• Understand customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date product display and enforce in‑store security, health, and safety standards.
• Oversee sales operations, including payment entry, invoice issuance, and closing deals.
• Drive the team to meet annual sales targets by volume, value, and price.
• Coordinate with merchandising, brand management, logistics, and other departments to align product displays and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, prepare sales reports, and monitor market and competitor activity.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing team members, addressing performance issues as needed.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a retail environment.
• Strong decision‑making skills and proactive problem‑solving.
• Capability to recruit, assess, and develop talent while ensuring fair treatment.
• Responsibility for delivering results on time, within quality and cost parameters.
• Experience translating corporate goals into actionable business plans and monitoring performance.
