Technical Head – AI Datacenter Infrastructure (Humain Program)

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the AI‑enabled Datacenter Infrastructure program (Humain). You will act as the single point of contact for all technical aspects, coordinating electrical, mechanical and digital teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, integrated datacenter solutions for the Humain program.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with customers, gathering requirements and translating them into optimized solutions.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and digital teams to ensure best‑in‑class quality, performance, cost and schedule.
• Identify technical risks, propose mitigations and ensure compliance with Schneider Electric governance (safety, quality, cybersecurity, robustness).
• Standardize the solution across regions, create a complete technical design package and drive knowledge transfer to engineering teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Schneider Electric product portfolios and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience (180 months) in datacenter infrastructure or related technical fields.
• Proven track record leading multi‑disciplinary technical projects and interfacing with customers.
• Strong understanding of technical risk management, governance and standardization.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
