Technical Team Manager

About the role

The Technical Team Manager will lead a multidisciplinary technical team covering civil, electrical, mechanical, and architectural disciplines. This role provides centralized technical support, ensuring design quality and compliance across all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team, providing mentorship and escalation support.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before site issuance.
• Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to guarantee constructability.
• Evaluate and approve value‑engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
• Monitor emerging technical risks, report status, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and engineering best practices.
• Strategic thinking to develop long‑term technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
