Tendering/Pricing Engineer

About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking a Tendering/Pricing Engineer to lead the preparation and submission of competitive tender proposals. You will be responsible for establishing pricing systems, managing pre‑qualification, and ensuring technical compliance throughout the bid process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company registration and pre‑qualification on tendering platforms.
• Maintain and update the company profile and tender documentation.
• Establish an automated pricing system and define tendering specifications.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender proposals with innovative solutions.
• Analyse project scope, risks, and opportunities to produce detailed cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and evaluate supplier/sub‑contractor quotations.
• Develop accurate pricing strategies and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and submission deadlines.
• Support procurement by verifying technical compliance of materials and equipment.
• Resolve technical issues and discrepancies during tendering and execution stages.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of estimation and tendering processes.
• Good understanding of construction, landscaping, or engineering projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
