Testing & Commissioning Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead the testing, commissioning and reporting activities for large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures all systems are verified, compliant and ready for handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans, schedules and procedures for all project systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and vendors to execute testing activities efficiently and track progress against milestones.
• Prepare detailed reports on outcomes, highlighting issues, risks or deviations and ensure compliance with specifications, standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections, performance tests and functional checks for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and building automation systems.
• Manage documentation such as test reports, commissioning certificates and compliance records, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in testing, commissioning and reporting on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and building automation systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA and IEC.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and reporting software.
