Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The leading medical device company is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to support its retail and customer channel initiatives in Jeddah. This is a 1‑year contract position focused on driving brand visibility, managing promotional activities, and ensuring effective execution of trade marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in‑store campaigns, promotions and brand visibility initiatives.
• Manage POS materials, allocations and logistics.
• Handle marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices and budgets.
• Collaborate with retailers, vendors and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e‑commerce campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Assist in planning and executing new initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Saudi national (Saudization requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably trade marketing, FMCG, retail, luxury or advertising.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and own car.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Jeddah.
