Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Travel Consultant to join our Sales & Travel Operations team in Riyadh. The role involves managing end‑to‑end travel arrangements for corporate and individual clients, from flight bookings to visa assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, social media and in‑person, understand travel needs and propose suitable options.
• Prepare professional quotations, create customized itineraries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Visit client sites in Riyadh to present travel solutions, build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Make airline reservations, issue, reissue, exchange and refund tickets using Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo, and manage fare rules, baggage allowances and schedule changes.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, assist with application preparation, appointment booking and follow‑up for destinations such as Schengen, UK, USA, Canada and others.
• Book hotels through OTAs, bedbanks and direct supplier channels, and arrange airport transfers, car rentals, cruises and tours.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel sales and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of international travel products, visa regulations and airline ticketing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GDS systems – Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Familiarity with OTA and hotel supplier platforms.
• Visa processing knowledge for multiple destinations.
