Travel Retail Manager

About the role

The Travel Retail Manager will lead the commercial strategy for travel‑retail channels across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will manage key accounts, forge strategic partnerships, and drive new business opportunities in airports, duty‑free operators, border stores, cruise lines and other travel‑retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the travel‑retail commercial strategy across KSA.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across airports, duty‑free operators, border stores, cruise lines and related channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel‑retail operators and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, trade agreements and annual joint business plans.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in travel retail, FMCG, consumer goods, key account management or commercial sales.
• Proven track record managing travel‑retail accounts and delivering business development results.
• Demonstrated ability in commercial negotiations and account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
