Treasury and Taxation Manager

About the role

The Treasury and Taxation Manager will lead cash management, banking relationships, and tax compliance activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate policies and regulations. This senior position reports to senior management and collaborates closely with finance and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational plan for the Treasury and Taxation function, including KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Implement frameworks, methodologies, and procedures to ensure systematic cash management and tax provision processes.
• Manage daily cash operations, bank relations, and cash flow forecasting in line with company policies.
• Oversee budgeting for treasury and taxation activities, monitor variances, and recommend improvements.
• Approve tax provision schedules, calculate tax payments, and prepare required tax filings.
• Prepare management and regulatory reports, and present departmental achievements.
• Maintain strong relationships with governmental entities, consultants, and other external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in treasury operations, cash management, and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
