Vehicle Processing Center Field Operator (Automobile Industry)

About the role

The Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) is seeking a Field Operator to support hands‑on vehicle processing activities at our KAEC facility. You will ensure that each vehicle is received, inspected, prepared, and dispatched safely, accurately, and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle receiving and check‑in procedures.
• Carry out car wash and interior cleaning.
• Insert owner’s manuals, warranty documents, and other required items.
• Conduct GDS, interior, and quality inspection checks.
• Assemble and install Port Installed Options (PIO) parts and accessories.
• Apply wrap guards and protective film according to specifications.
• Prepare, stage, and load vehicles for shipment.
• Support vehicle dispatch and outbound operations following the daily schedule.
• Print and verify delivery notes/invoices, ensuring accurate vehicle and destination details.
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics carriers for collection and loading.
• Scan vehicles and update status/tracking information in the system.
• Report any damage, shortages, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S standards and follow all safety procedures.

Required profile

• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Open to candidates from any educational background.
• Previous experience in automotive, logistics, vehicle processing, warehouse, or yard operations is preferred.
• Physically fit for outdoor fieldwork involving walking, standing, bending, and repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to work in outdoor yard conditions, including heat, dust, and changing weather.
