VP of International Finance

About the role

webook.com, Saudi Arabia’s leading event ticketing and experience booking platform, is seeking a VP of International Finance to shape and execute its financial strategy across Europe, the UK, MENA and other territories. Reporting to the CFO, you will build the financial foundation required for rapid international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the financial strategy for all international markets, aligning with overall growth objectives.
• Partner with the CFO on capital allocation, market entry decisions, and investment evaluations.
• Develop detailed financial models, business cases, and market‑level P&L forecasts.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for each international entity.
• Oversee month‑end close, reconciliations, billing, collections and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams, external auditors, tax advisors and service providers to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Provide insights on revenue, margin, cash flow, EBITDA impact and ROI for each market.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing finance functions in multiple international jurisdictions.
• Proven track record in statutory, tax, treasury, transfer pricing and regulatory environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess market viability and profitability.
• Leadership experience at senior level, capable of influencing executive teams and regional leaders.
