Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort Service

About the role

Join the team at Fairmont The Red Sea, a luxury resort within the Red Sea Project, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to discerning guests. As a Waiter/Waitress you will ensure a memorable dining experience in a stunning natural setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs, present menus, and explain dishes and beverages.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of menu items, specials, and drinks.
• Serve, clear, and reset tables promptly while supporting team members with food running and station refills.
• Act as a liaison between Front of House and Back of House to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, uphold cleanliness, and adhere to HACCP, FIFO, and health‑safety procedures.
• Support daily financial targets, comply with LQA, Forbes, and guest‑satisfaction standards.
• Report hazards, attend briefings, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
