Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Riyadh warehouse operations. The role involves planning, organising and overseeing logistics activities to ensure safe, efficient and compliant handling of materials in line with Jotun’s HSEQ standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Lead the team according to Jotun’s Leadership Expectations, coaching and developing members.
• Organise receipt of incoming orders, manage daily distribution planning and execution.
• Oversee all warehouse processes including receiving raw materials, packaging, storage, inventory counting and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external HSEQ requirements and handle non‑conforming goods.
• Monitor transport delivery performance and report on logistics KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in warehouse management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive attitude, results‑oriented, able to analyse complex issues and make sound decisions.
