About the role

The Wellness Curator joins Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea to deliver personalized, holistic wellness experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards. Working within the Spa and Wellness department, you will blend service artistry, wellness knowledge, and guest engagement to elevate each guest’s journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional wellness consultations and recommend tailored treatments, activities, or programs.
• Deliver refined service experiences aligned with luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.
• Build meaningful guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Provide personalized guidance on spa, fitness, and overall wellness experiences.
• Support the execution of wellness activities, workshops, and curated guest experiences.
• Assist in facilitating initiatives designed by the Senior Wellness Manager.
• Recommend appropriate retail products aligned with guest needs and wellness goals.
• Support upselling of spa services, wellness packages, and memberships.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering personalized wellness experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong guest‑engagement skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of wellness programming, spa treatments, and fitness services.
• Ability to collaborate closely with the Wellness Supervisor and senior team members.
• Retail‑oriented mindset with a focus on driving product and service revenue.
