Wholesale Sales Officer - FMCG Specialist

About the Position

Join Almarai, the world's largest vertically integrated dairy group and a leading food and beverage manufacturer in the MENA region. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Officer to join our commercial team in Jeddah, playing a key role in driving our market presence and ensuring excellence in distribution.

Main Missions

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients to ensure business growth.
• Manage product availability by ensuring correct SKU implementation and regular price updates.
• Drive sales performance by achieving assigned KPIs and executing national promotional campaigns effectively.
• Identify and onboard new potential wholesale accounts to expand market reach.
• Conduct regular audits regarding shelf space, pricing compliance, and competitor activity.
• Monitor client stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and optimize inventory management.
• Perform customer satisfaction surveys and strictly adhere to the daily route plan.

Profile Required

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (Secondary Education).
• At least 2 years of proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a rigorous daily field schedule.

Required Skills

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Expertise in Wholesale Distribution and Account Management.
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and Competitor Tracking.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for route planning.
• Inventory management and stock monitoring.
