About the role
The Area Sales Manager I will lead the van sales operation across the assigned territory, ensuring that Almarai’s products meet budgeted volume and margin targets. You will monitor team performance, drive distribution, and align orders with market demand.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control van sales activities to achieve volume and margin goals for Fresh, Foods, Juice & UHT products.
- Manage and monitor supervisors to ensure each area meets its targets.
- Achieve weekly distribution targets across all trade channels.
- Control wastage by aligning orders with market demand.
- Enforce company credit policy with customers to prevent financial loss.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG sales management experience.
- Proven experience leading large teams and managing a sales sector.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
